Highlanders coach Benjani Mwaruwari is slowly getting things right at the Bulawayo giants, having already guided the team to six victories in 18 league matches this season.
The ex-Warriors captain now needs just one more win to equal the total number of victories Bosso managed throughout the entire 2025 campaign.
Mwaruwari’s next test comes on Sunday when Amahlolanyama face arch-rivals Dynamos at Barbourfields Stadium in Bulawayo.
Bosso currently sit on 28 points, having recorded six wins, 10 draws and two defeats this season.
By comparison, Bosso endured a difficult 2025 campaign, winning just seven matches, drawing 18 and losing nine to finish with 39 points.
The current numbers suggest Bosso are making progress under Mwaruwari and another victory this weekend will further highlight the improvements being made at the Bulawayo giants.
