According to State papers, Banda was admitted at the hospital’s labour wing on October 26 and was meant to spend two days at the institution.
However, complications arose just after midnight on October 28 and she started bleeding simultaneously through the nose and mouth and experienced difficulty in breathing.
The State papers indicate that nurses attempted to revive her to no avail.
