The Gwahafi is an inter-denomination organisation started by Zimbabwe Assemblies of God Africa (Zaoga) founder Ezekiel Guti, which ministers about marriage and also assists those who are about to wed.

Gwahafi chairperson Margarate Mwamuka said a march would be held on November 8 from Fidelity House to the Large City Hall, where people would testify about their marriages.

“A 30th anniversary march will be held at 10am from Fidelity House to the Large City Hall, where people will testify about how our organisation has assisted them in their marriages,” she said.

Mwamuka said the organisation was started by Guti to help and counsel people in marriages.

“Pastor Guti realised that people were coming from different denominations and this led him to start this organisation. A good family and a good marriage need God,” she said.

Mwamuka said the organisation helped those who were single, divorced and those who were already in marriages.

“We do not help only those who are single and divorced, but also those who are already in marriages so as to keep their marriages on fire,” she said.

“People should not allow their marriages to deteriorate.”

Mwamuka urged the people of Bulawayo to come and join them in celebrating the anniversary.

“We are celebrating God’s work so we encourage people, especially from Bulawayo, to come and participate,” she said.

“We want the world to know that we are there to solve their marriage problems.”
